Richard Cunliffe
Richard Cunliffe has enjoyed writing for as long as he can remember. One of his happiest childhood memories is of winning a national junior competition for writing science-fiction; decades later he still isn't sure whether it was the writing or the winning that pleased him most.
Cunliffe has built a successful track record in sales and marketing across a diverse range of businesses throughout the UK and Ireland. Although busy with a non-writing career, he intends to complete and publish a novel during 2012.
On Suite 101, Cunliffe writes mostly about sports, especially soccer – although, as a Brit, he prefers to call if football. Either way, it's the world's most popular sport, and so Cunliffe is delighted to be Suite 101's topic editor for the subject.
Cunliffe has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Coventry.
